ACIA Consulting Limited, trading as Cécile Jemmett, offers both 1:1 mentoring and group coaching in online marketing for entrepreneurs (B2B).

Offers on the website or in other forms (verbally or in writing) merely constitute an invitation to submit an offer. The customer can submit this offer by phone or e-mail.
Only when ACIA Consulting Limited, trading as Cécile Jemmett, confirms the acceptance of the offer/registration by e-mail (or otherwise in writing) does a binding contract come into effect.

If the customer wishes to use the content and documents for other purposes, a separate agreement with ACIA Consulting Limited is required.
It is not permitted to pass on the content for a fee or free of charge (if additional members of your team need access to the offer, you must purchase additional offers, one for each team member), to place them on the Internet or other network media or to use them in any other way for commercial purposes, unless ACIA Consulting Limited has expressly agreed to this in writing. Verbal and/or implied consent is excluded.

Agreed V.I.P. Days (Voxer) or Mentoring Calls (Zoom) Appointments:
Zoom appointments can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the agreed appointment, whereupon an alternative appointment will be arranged. This must be submitted in writing (email is sufficient). The replacement appointment must take place within 21 days of the original appointment unless this is not possible for particularly serious reasons (e.g. persistent illness or similar).
In-person V.I.P. Meetings:
In-person V.I.P. meetings can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the agreed appointment, whereupon an alternative appointment will be arranged. This must be submitted in writing (email is sufficient). The replacement appointment must take place within 40 days of the original appointment unless this is not possible for particularly serious reasons (e.g. persistent illness or similar). Customers are liable for expenses already incurred in connection with in-person V.I.P. meetings.
ACIA Consulting Limited reserves the right to cancel or reschedule coaching sessions without giving reasons. The participant has no claim to service.
Participants will be informed in good time and will receive a full refund of any payments already made unless an alternative appointment is arranged. No further compensation may be claimed.
USE OF CONTENT
USE OF THE WEBSITE, CONTENT AND YOUR OBLIGATION
When you register with us, you agree that the information you provide to us is truthful, accurate and complete and that you will inform us without delay of any changes to this information.

Payment is due by bank transfer or other payment providers.
All payments are due immediately upon receipt of the invoice without any deduction.

Installment payments are possible if expressly offered and agreed upon by ACIA Consulting Limited. The instalment payment merely means a deferral of payment for a portion of the total amount owed.
The offer of instalment payment does not mean that coaching packages, courses, or other services can be partially booked. This is not the case. Partial termination/cancellation of an entire offer is therefore not possible.
A REFUND IS NOT POSSIBLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
We take your investment seriously, and we'd appreciate it if you took our investment of time and resources into your success seriously too.
As you will receive access to our courses and products immediately when you complete your purchase, we do not, under any circumstances, offer refunds for a change of mind or change of circumstance. Therefore, it is in your interest to carefully review the course contents, contact us with any questions, and ensure the course is suitable for your needs before purchasing.
By making the purchase, you confirm that you understand that there are absolutely no refunds unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific offer in writing.
